South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa has sent senior government officials to Gauteng province. They will meet with communities affected by floods. Ramaphosa cut his diplomatic visit to Egypt short in order to attend to the situation. Floods have left parts of Gauteng swamped. CGTN’s Yolisa Njamela has more.
